It combines the advantages of both double-effect plate evaporators and single-effect forced circulation evaporators, and introduces MVRMechanical Vapor Recompression technology to improve evaporation efficiency and save energy.
No need for a condenser or a small area of condenser, the structure and process are very simple, fully automatic operation, continuous operation, safe and reliable.
The equipment is equipped with CIP cleaning pipeline, which can be cleaned on site. The whole equipment is easy to operate and has no dead ends.

The traditional multi-effect evaporator uses fresh steam as energy, The energy consumed by the MVR mechanical compression evaporator is electric energy. Evaporating 1 ton of water generally consumes 17-23 kWh of electricity, and materials with a small increase in boiling point can achieve a power consumption of less than 20 kWh per ton of water. The degree of energy saving is closely related to the unit price of fresh steam and electricity in the user's local area. Generally, MVR evaporator can save more than 60% energy than five-effect evaporator.
