The TVR evaporator, or Thermal Vapour Recompression Evaporator, is an efficient evaporation equipment that utilizes the siphon principle of ejector heat pumps to recover part of the secondary steam. According to theoretical calculations and practical experience, an ejector heat pump can entrain 0.3 kg of secondary steam with 1 kg of high-pressure steam. Adding an ejector heat pump to a plate evaporation system is equivalent to adding an additional effect evaporator, but the investment cost is far lower than that of adding an actual effect evaporator. By utilizing the principle of thermal recompression, low-temperature steam is compressed, heated, and reused, thereby achieving energy recycling.
The TVR evaporator is capable of recovering and utilizing the waste heat of secondary steam, significantly reducing energy consumption.
It is suitable for the evaporation, concentration, and crystallization separation of various solutions, such as those in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Adopting an automated control system ensures stable and reliable operation, reduces manual intervention, and facilitates easy cleaning.
