    Preheating

    The material is preheated by the preheater and then enters the evaporator.

    Evaporation

    The material exchanges heat with the heating steam in the evaporator and evaporates, and the gas-liquid mixture enters the separator for gas-liquid separation.

    Compression

    The secondary steam generated is compressed by a compressor to increase its pressure and temperature.

    Reuse

    The compressed steam is sent back to the evaporator as heating steam for recycling

    The MVR evaporator has a simple structure, fully automatic operation, and is equipped with a CIP cleaning pipeline. It has low temperature evaporation without scaling, small footprint, high efficiency and energy saving, and typically saves more than 60% energy compared to five-effect evaporators.

    The traditional multi-effect evaporator uses fresh steam as energy, The energy consumed by the MVR mechanical compression evaporator is electric energy. Evaporating 1 ton of water generally consumes 17-23 kWh of electricity, and materials with a small increase in boiling point can achieve a power consumption of less than 20 kWh per ton of water. The degree of energy saving is closely related to the unit price of fresh steam and electricity in the user's local area. Generally, MVR evaporators are more than 60% energy-efficient than five-effect evaporators.
