The tubular 2+1 MVR evaporator consists of a double-effect falling film evaporator plus a single-effect forced circulation evaporator and MVR technology, combining the advantages of both double-effect falling film evaporators and single-effect forced circulation evaporators, and introducing MVR Mechanical Vapor Recompression technology to improve evaporation efficiency and save energy.
It does not require a condenser or a small area of condenser, and has a very simple structure and process, fully automatic operation, continuous operation, and is safe and reliable.
The equipment is equipped with CIP cleaning pipelines, allowing for on-site cleaning. The entire equipment is easy to operate and has no dead ends.
Compact structure, small footprint, low overall height of equipment, especially suitable for old factory renovation or space-constrained situations.
The traditional multi-effect evaporator uses fresh steam as energy, The energy consumed by the MVR mechanical compression evaporator is electric energy. Evaporating 1 ton of water generally consumes 17-23 kWh of electricity, and materials with a small increase in boiling point can achieve a power consumption of less than 20 kWh per ton of water. The degree of energy saving is closely related to the unit price of fresh steam and electricity in the user's local area. Generally, MVR evaporators are more than 60% energy-efficient than five-effect evaporators.
